RTMS Book Fair (Ms. Wall)

The 2008 River Trail book fair begins on Friday, December 5th  through Friday, December 12th from 8:00 to 4:00pm in the Media Center - just in time to give a book to friends and family for holiday gifts and to stock up for winter vacation.  Please check with your language arts teacher for the date and time your class is visiting the book fair.

 

Academic Bowl (Mr. Cortsley)

Attention academic bowl!  Today, we will be holding our first club wide on-line tournament.  All members are asked to attend this afternoon practice so that you can participate in the tournament.

Again, all academic bowl members are invited to attend today’s club meeting  to participate in a  club wide on-line tournament.  Good Luck!

 

RTMS Technology Competition (Ms. DeYoung)

Don't forget that all registrations for the River Trail Technology Competition are due today! If you like working on computers, then you should participate in the River Trail Technology competition on December 9th 2008! We’ve been asked to announce that, due to the wishes of the administration, GIANT ROBOTS will not be allowed at this year’s Competition. However, there are still many exciting categories available for you to participate in. Registration forms are available in the front office, and all registrations are due by December 1st.

Jr. Betas... Did you go on the Convention trip to Macon?  If so, please stop by Ms. Roberson's room (F 113) by Wednesday of this week. Thank you!

 

Intramural/extramural (Ms. Meyers)

The Intramural/Extramural activities today are:

          6th, 7th, and 8th grade Table Tennis

          6th grade Basketball and

          6th, 7th and 8th grade Morning Intramurals

Also, These activities will continue until December 12th. There will be no activities the week of December 15-19.
